Turbine announced that they've scheduled some maintenance for this Monday.

The game servers and http://myaccount.turbine.com will be offline for maintenance on Monday, February 23rd from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern (-5 GMT).

The official forums should remain up, however.
