Are there still buff bots in AC ? I'm in Holtburg, a lowly level 9 and am having a devil of a time getting past the Drudge Hideout and so need to be buffed. Thanks !

There are some still - depends on your server tho. On TD, they're in the marketplace and in Cragstone (two I know for sure).
