I had to take a break from AC due to health reasons. I recently came back, and my characters were deleted. Yes, I checked all other worlds, I checked all my other accounts to make sure it's the right one. It is. No one that i know of has access to my account. Is there any way for me to get my character back? I don't want to be screwed out of 10 years of devout hard work playing AC.

I called turbine support and they said talk to envoy in game. Still waiting to talk to one. Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about this type of situation.
