I've discovered a new dungeon using a new technology for entrance, similar to Xarabydun. There are two buildings at this location. One of the building has only one door, but inside there are two. The inside of the building is larger than the outside. The second door leads to the dungeon.

The dungeon is filled with Various high level undead and golems. Near the bottom, guarded by a Litch Opressor and a host of undead are an SSK chest and a Runed (300) chest.

A short drop from here takes you to a room with over 20 portals. A New Hub/Sub!

My stay was cut short by the rather rude and unfriendly undead, but I'll return for a list of portals.
