The portals related to the Gaerlan Quest have been moved from the center of Eastham into two bunkers on the edge of town (17.2N, 63E). One bunker contains portals to each of the Ziggurats, while the other contains the Library and Proving Grounds portals.

And oddly enough, the underground portions of both bunkers occupy the exact same space.
