The Maddened, Demented, and other Zharalim found in the Decrepit Tower were dropping near Uber Items, level 7 scrolls, Major Mana stones, stamina, health, and mana Philters, excellent armour and weapons. As of the June patch they now drop items that are consistant with their Level, ie. crap :-) ahh well it was fun while it lasted.
