More Information on Sclavus Temple
Located West of Candeth Keep (82.5s 75.0W)

Here is additional information on the dungeon:

Initial drop is hot. You will have 4-6 high level sclavus attacking you when you enter. You will need a lockpick to get to lower rooms. At least 4 doors need to be picked. There is a mana and stamina blight trap on a torch in one of the final rooms. This room also has a sarchopogas (sp?) which can be attacked but doesn't show health when you ID it.

I did not find the correct torch or the book. The lockpicker died before I could enter final room where a portal was located :(
