Rithwic Crypt now features Hunter Shreths and Blue Phyntos- key now drops off of some kind of brown rat (can't remember name, sorry) in the same place.
Soushi Grotto now has Drudge Slaves. I didn't go farther in or to the other dungeons, but there's probably other updates in the other dungeons too.
