The Black DEath Catacombs are seperated by a portal into Upper and Lower Corridors. Bugs have been upgraded to Nobles, Eviscerators and Warriors at the top. Swarm Soldiers and Swarm Eviscerators at the bottom. Spawn is thicker and much faster.

At the bottom is a portal to the Deeper Catacombs - the same spot as at the bottom of OHN.
