Igloo where the Minor Shivering Stone used to be is now populated by large amounts of Stasis Wisps and Vapor Golems on a short respawn timer.

The Stone no longer spawns. In its place is a Runed Chest; loot appears to be Mahogany Chest size/quality. Chest is on a 7 day timer.

Beware if you're going for an oldie but goodie -- the north's igloo housing a minor shivering stone is no longer guarded by relatively easy wisps. They've been upgraded! Level 95 Stasis Wisps and a few level 110 Vapor Golems gave me chase until I recalled.

Location approximately 89.0 N, 1.5 W. Bring a large group if you seek access to the igloo -- wisps will dispatch a single adventurer very quickly.

Town Crier tells you, "You know that old igloo, way up north, used to hold a mysterious shivering stone? You don't want to go there now. Trust me on this one."

The igloo can be found at 89.0N 1.6W, a runed chest is inside. Vapors, diamonds and wisps on a nice spawn outside.
