The upper level limits on the Empryean Cloister (23.4S 5.8E) have been removed.

It is now 15+ to enter the Cloister itself and the Lower Empryean Cloister. The Upper Empryean Cloister is now restricted to 21+.

The barbed fletching tool, Obsidian Dagger, Empryean Scalemail Shirt, and Skull of Avorean Palacost are the rewards for this quest.
