Nuhmudira, scholar of Tirethas, is considered to be one of the greatest schemers of Ispar. She was responsible for the unlocking the Empyrean magics necessary to provide magical security for houses on Dereth as well as organizing the economy surrounding the distribution of this property. These magical secrets are in her grasp largely from her appropriation of texts from the libraries at Xarabydun.
