Althoucault was the rogue Virindi Director also known as the Speaker of the New Directive. It instructed Cazamel the Envoy to broker a deal between the New Directive and the renegade Lugians known as the Gotrok.

During the month of Leafdawning in Portal Year 12, Althoucault and a band of renegades was spotted near the town of Wai Jhou, and a group Isparians attacked and destroyed them.
