Quest Items That Require The Skills of a Fletcher

Very rarely will adventurers need the help of a Master Fletcher to complete their pursuits. The most widely known quest that needs the skills of a fletcher is the Composite Bow/Crossbow quest. A skilled Fletcher is needed to transform a thighbone into a beautiful handle.  What's unique about this quest is that even if the Fletcher fails, the failure can be used - a small consolation, but better than the attempt destroying your hard-fought-for thighbone!
