Soapbox: Nude Forge Parties

Lewt

Sargonas brings up a valid point today with our "Pic of the Day" which can be seen here after it gets replaced by tommorrow's image.

In lack of soapbox submissions I guess I'll have to write this one. It's quite short though but the point is solid.

In light of the game's rating M for mature there are still many young kids that play Asheron's call new and old versions. Yet with all the kids present some players still cannot (Even though it's a game) behave in a socially respectable manner.

Does anyone think that the average 12 year old might missread what everyone's doing at the forge one day and at his part time job at pizza hut start stripping and playing a banjo or panpipes? I doubt it but as you look at this one scene how many other things that go on in the game that kids shouldnt be seeing.

I think there were many times within my clan that people would be chatting and someone in the clan that we knew were "Under Age" would come up and start chatting. Yet then we'd form a fellow to continue our mature chat and chat with the lil guy also about the game and whatnot. In other words we keep it to ourselves but there are others that wish to discuss things more openly. And over the 2 1/2 years playing AC I've heard a lot.

It's called consideration of others and some people should learn what that phrase means.
