WESTWOOD, Mass. -- April 20, 2004 -- TeleKnowledge Group, Ltd. announced today that Turbine Entertainment Software Corp. will license its Total-e billing solution as the billing technology for its massively multi- player online games. TeleKnowledge's award-winning billing solution offers a robust and secure billing service that allows for enhanced customer services and greater game membership payment flexibility.
Under the agreement, TeleKnowledge will license its billing, rating and transaction processing technology to Turbine for its Asheron's Call® online role-playing service, recently acquired from Microsoft.

TeleKnowledge's Total-e billing solution is IP oriented and designed to support digital content and services such as online game services, Video on Demand, streaming music and online video. Compatibility with virtually any channel allows implementation over the Internet, Cables, Cellular Networks and DSL/VDSL. Sophisticated rule-based rating engine allows quick offering of new services with a wide variety of payment and subscription models, including special promotions, campaigns and prepaid accounts.
